能适应各种环境的可移动式扫描电镜 In Touch Scope扫描电镜，在手边的PC上就可以进行观察和分析。只要移动触摸屏，在远离装置的地方也能够进行操作。(无线模式操作为选配件)。In Touch Scope主机用脚轮即可移动。
标准配置EDS分析功能的分析型扫描电镜 标准配置EDS分析功能的JSM-6010PLUS/LA，不仅能获取高分辨率的图像，在低真空模式下观察非导电性样品，还采用了无需液氮制冷的***EDS检测器 (DRY SD)，能够进行定性分析、定量分析、元素面分布。此外，搭载的大型全对中形样品台可以对应各种样品。
